Voice 6100 – Fundamentals of Telecommunications – is a three day entry level session designed for those who are new to the world of voice communications. The attendee will be introduced to equipment required to serve the office, the building and a complex. The instructor will take the class from the building back to the telephone company central exchange and discuss the C.O. and the various network technologies used to provide the Long Distance Network. In addition to the traditional voice technologies the instructor will also provide an insight into the use of the Internet Protocol suite and the impact it has had on traditional voice communications.

Voice 6500 - Network Traffic and Switching – a three day course offered to telecommunications traffic engineers as continuing education. This training addresses network design and traffic engineering theory for application modeling, line quantities determination, tandem switch site selection, and designing integrated voice and data networks. Topics discussed include CO Switching, trunking, routing, common language identification, grades of service, and provisioning systems. It is recommended that the attendee have prior knowledge of traffic engineering techniques and ideas.
